Saturday, November 29 at 6:00 PM | White Palace, Wheeling Park Presented by Joan & Fred Stamp, Expand Energy, and Wesbanco. *** Access to the Parks Scholarship Program: This need-based scholarship program enables over 1,500 children and chaperones to enjoy 19 recreational activities at Oglebay and Wheeling Park each year. Your gift of $150 provides one child with a full year of enriching activities and experiences they'll remember for a lifetime.
