Staff Development

A well-trained and well-focused staff is one of the most important elements of current and future success of the parks system. While some small endowment funds exist, emphasis in this campaign will be made to attract other gifts that would enhance staff training and improvement. These opportunities would be focused toward administrative staff, horticultural staff, golf staff, food and beverage staff, zoo education and zoo animal care, safety and security and others.

For the future success of the parks, we must attract, encourage, reward and retain the best people possible.
